Scope of Services

Olivas Granite & Marble provides fabrication and installation services for quartz, granite, and marble countertops. Our services include consultation, measurement, fabrication, and professional installation for residential and commercial projects.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the installation area, removing existing countertops prior to installation (unless otherwise arranged), and ensuring that cabinets are properly leveled and secured before our team arrives.

Project Timeline

Standard projects typically require 5-7 business days from template to installation. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability. Timeline estimates are provided after the initial consultation and may vary based on project complexity.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to schedule your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Financing options may be available for qualifying customers.

Warranty Information

All fabrication work is covered by our 1-year installation warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials vary by brand and are passed through to the customer. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, and improper care are not covered under warranty.

Change Orders

Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes made after the template has been completed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on material availability and project modifications.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before templating will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after templating but before fabrication will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once fabrication has begun, deposits are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Olivas Granite & Marble's liability is limited to the cost of materials and installation. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, weather conditions, or access issues.
